There are many things applicable to higher level characters, but they will not be mentioned in this guide. One thing to note before I continue is that this guide is written to cater to those people that are level 50 and below. I am not going to cover every possibility, but will instead outline the main responsibilities of each class. You can combine these classes in any way to create unique characters. The Basic Classes There are four basic classes in the game. Dexterity has a mediocre effect on both man and health totals. They each have small effects on the other total.

Strength has a strong influence on hit points, while Intelligence does the same for mana. As you can see, it is possible to have one hundred in all skills, and have very different characters stat-wise.ДЄs a final note here, a characterВїs mana and health totals are dependant on their stats. Only when the difference was reduced to ten levels did her Strength actually start to move. Since her Nature Magic score was so much higher than her melee score, her Strength wasnВїt increasing as quickly as it should have been. Her Melee score rose really quickly, but that wasnВїt the problem. Later in multiplayer mode, she switched completely to Melee, using Heal spells to keep going. For example, Corleen advanced to Level 50 Nature Magic first. A skill that is much higher than the others with cause problems for you, if you ever decide to train them. Your characterВїs primary skill will determine the progression in other skills. The way that you begin building a character will have lasting effects throughout their entire career. This progression is a lot slower than active use, but is progression nonetheless. Your stats increase even if you don't use the corresponding skill at all. For example, casting the Fireball spell will increase your Combat Casting skill, as well as your Intelligence. Not only do these scores go up, but the related stat also goes up. For example, hitting enemies with a sword a lot will make your Melee skill rise pretty quickly. The more you use a certain skill, the higher the skill gets. That gives you the characterВїs level, and you might need to know it, if you wish to brag to your friendsВї Add together the characterВїs unmodified (white) Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence scores. A 49 in Melee would have left her as a plain Arch Mage.ДЄ characterВїs level is not easily seen, but can be calculated. to be a Grand Preserver, Corleen needed level 50 in both Nature Magic and Melee. All relevant skills have to be at a certain level for a character to be an advanced class - i.e. When a skill breaks a certain level, their class changes, but it has no effect on the game at all.
